Gail Anderson-Dargatz
GAIL ANDERSON-DARGATZ’s novels The Cure for Death by Lightning and A Recipe for Bees were both short-listed for the Giller Prize. Her recent thrillers The Almost Wife and The Almost Widow were national bestsellers. Gail taught for nearly a decade in the CW MFA program at UBC, and now works as an editor and mentor. Gail lives in the Shuswap in south-central British Columbia, the landscape found in so much of her writing, with her husband Mitch Krupp and their family. She is a member of The Writers’ Union of Canada, the Federation of BC Writers, and Crime Writers of Canada.
