2026 Kindness: Fill Up Your Cup
With Henri Lock and Leslie Black
September 25 - 27, 2026
Contemplative & Healing Practices for Troubled Times
Gathered in supportive heart-centered community, we will engage in several contemplative and energy-healing practices to build inner strength and resilience for our lives. We will practice opening to the Source of Life to fill up with inner nourishment and kindness. And we will practice contemplative and energy-healing ways of gifting kindness to others and the world – through the overflowing cup of our own Spiritual Hearts. With mindful intention and contemplative attention, our practices will include: silence, chanting, guided meditations, embodied prayer, forgiveness and gratitude practices, visioning, grounding, breath prayers, candle-lit labyrinth-walking meditation, and a contemplative practices buffet.
Please bring a journal for your own reflections; slippers and a water bottle for self-care.
