Creative Journaling: Open to Possibilities

Thursdays, 6 – 7:30 pm PT/7 – 8:30 pm MST

May 14, 21, 28; June 4, 11 and 18, 2026

It is very easy to get set in our ways. Even when it is obvious that something isn’t working, we continue to try the same thing over and over again. We remain closed to new ideas, new possibilities, and new ways of thinking or doing things.

When we are open to possibility, we create opportunities for new, different and often better outcomes than we could have ever imagined. Exploring possibilities is a fantastic way to move from “what is” to “what could be”.  It focuses on curiosity, breaking habits, and the beauty of the unfinished.

It may seem simple and obvious when we stop to think about it, but so often that’s just the problem, we don’t stop to think about it. Let’s examine this human inclination and see if we can adjust our mindset while pursuing creative possibilities.
This is the final class before the summer break. We will resume mid-September.

Payment process

Here are the in’s and out’s of our on-line payment system. The option remains to call toll free 1 – 866 – 694 – 2409 and our office will assist you with an E-Transfer.

Go to www.sorrentocentre.ca and click on “Upcoming Retreats, Workshops and Events” in the very top banner. Click on “Register now” for either Tuesday or Thursday. Once on the right day, click on “Register Now”. Fill in your information and press continue.
Choose Your Program: this is where you choose the zoom program.  When registering for 2 guests please choose 2 programs.
You’ll now be at the Provide Payment step. Choose from the dropdown Credit Card or E-transfer.  If you choose credit card it will take you to the form to complete credit card information. Complete that information and click Register Now.
