Arrival: Sunday, July 6 after 12:00pm (registration at 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.) Check office for your key.
Departure: Friday, July 18 10:00 a.m. from rooms. 11:00 a.m. from the Centre.
If your accommodation is full for Both Weeks, please return to main reservation page and do the weeks separately.
**In the “Tell Me About Yourself” please indicate add me to waitlist for Festival Weekend when accommodation is available. If you do not get accommodations for the full 2 weeks You can also add your first choice workshop if sold out you will be added to waitlist**

**Please note Continental Breakfast is include in all packages except No meals**
Note: Optional meals will be available under the “Optional Meals” tab and will vary depending on your selected registration (with or without Festival Weekend Pass).Optional meals include:
- Sunday Night Welcome Dinner (this meal is not included in the meal plan and requires a ticket)
- Friday Lunch on Festival Weekend
- Festival Weekend Honky Tonk Dinner (Friday Night)
Notes for Festival Weekend
- Honky Tonk Dinner and Dance: Friday, July 11 at 5:30 p.m.
- Festival: Saturday, July 12 from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Food trucks will be on site for Festival Saturday
- Sorrento Centre Meals:
- Saturday, July 12: Meal options are not available for this day
- Sunday, July 13: Breakfast and Lunch options are not available for this day.
