2025 Mind Body Reboot Camp Lunch and Dinner

Lunch: 12:30-1:30 PM – Includes a main dish (such as soup & sandwich, chili, pot pie, samosa, mac & cheese etc.) served with a garden salad, whole fruit or fruit salad, dessert, coffee and tea.
Dinner: 5:30-6:30 PM – Includes a hot entrée (such as chicken souvlaki, spaghetti and meat sauce, beef bourguignon, meatloaf etc.) served with a hot vegetable, a specialty salad, dessert, coffee or tea.
